About Julia

Hi! My name is Julia Knight and I am the owner of Day and Knight Events. I have been in the event planning industry just shy of six years, and fell in love with it from the first wedding I assisted. 

I saw things in the industry I always hoped to do differently once I owned my own business. The most important value of Day and Knight Events is hiring small creators/freelancers to compose a beautiful and successful event. Going this route saves money for the client and promotes utilizing the services of small businesses. I've seen how the "small people" throw some amazing events, their hearts are fully in their craft. 

Further, I've also been pursuing marketing for a little over three years, so I have an eye for making things appealing, like your next event! I've always been told I'm the life of the party, so I can't wait to bring your parties to life! Cheers!
